What we do

We Specialize in Accounting for Business in the Phoenix area. We provide Business Valuations, Forensic and Fraud, Litigation and Expert Witness, specializing in IOLTA Trust Reconciliation.

BUSINESS VALUATIONS

We perform valuations of business entities, intellectual property, intangible assets, common and preferred stock and other securities along with partnership interests, private debt instruments, options, warrants and other derivative products. These services assist clients with mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; taxation planning and compliance; financial reporting; bankruptcy and reorganization; litigation and dispute resolution; and strategic planning. In addition, our team is frequently court appointed to value the community’s interest in the marital business.

FORENSIC AND FRAUD

Services primarily include analysis in:  financial records, purchase offer testing, reorganization, solvency, feasibility studies, fraudulent acts and transfers, court appointed receiver and special master and interim management.  Recently appointed as Chapter 11 Trustee by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.

LITIGATION EXPERT WITNESS

Services provided to counsel for plaintiffs and defendants. Our team has specialization and substantial experience in civil litigation including: shareholder disputes, business interruption, personal injury, general damage and loss calculations, governmental investigations, wrongful death, wrongful termination and other labor dispute damages and recovery analysis.

IOLTA TRUST RECONCILIATION
